GSM. Means the Global System for Mobile Communication and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights which the holder thereof has notified the European Telecommunications Standards Institute ("ETSI") are "essential", or potentially "essential", to the ETSI standards for GSM.
