GSOP Credit Agreement

GSOP Credit Agreement. Means that certain Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2005, among GSOP, as borrower, each lender from time to time party thereto, and BANA, as administrative agent and letter of credit issuer thereunder, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

GSOP Credit Agreement. Means the GSOP Credit Agreement as defined in the Bridge Loan Agreement as in effect as of the date hereof, without giving effect to any amendment, waiver or other modifications unless approved in writing by the Administrative Agents or the Required Lenders.
