Guarantee Requirement. The definition of "Guarantee Requirement" in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing each instance of the phrase "Sections 4.01(b) and 4.01(d)" with the phrase "Sections 4.01(b) and 4.01(d) of this Agreement as in effect on the Restatement Effective Date".
