Example Definitions of "Guarantee"
Guarantee. Any guarantee of the obligations of the Co-Issuers under the Indenture and the Notes by any Person in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture
Guarantee. A subsidiary guarantee in a form acceptable to the Purchasers, under which the Guarantors party thereto jointly and severally agree to guarantee and act as surety for payment of the Debentures and the other Obligations.
