Guarantees

Guarantees. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Guarantees. Collectively, the Existing Guarantees and any Permitted Guarantees.

Guarantees. Means any and all obligations relating to the guarantees, letters of credit, bonds, and other credit assurances of a comparable nature of Seller or any of its Affiliates (other than the LLCs) for the benefit of any LLC and listed or described on Schedule 7.13.

Guarantees. Shall mean the guarantees of the Securities issued by the Guarantor under the Guarantee Agreement.

Guarantees. Guarantees. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

Guarantees. Means the full and unconditional guarantees by the Guarantors of the Company's obligations under the Notes as set forth in the Indenture.
