Guarantor Documents

Guarantor Documents. Shall mean this Guaranty, the Security Trust Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Reference Agency Agreement and the Contribution Agreement.

Guarantor Documents. Shall mean, individually and collectively, the following: (1) the Limited Guarantee, dated December 10, 2001, by Congoleum Financial Corporation (predecessor in interest to Congoleum Fiscal, Inc.) and Congoleum Intellectual Properties Corporation in favor of Lender, (ii) the Limited Guarantee, dated as of February 27, 2003, by Chapter 11 Guarantors in favor of Lender, (iii) the Reaffirmation and Amendment of Guarantor Documents, dated of even date herewith, by Chapter 11 Guarantors in favor of... Lender, and (iv) all supplements, agreements, notes, documents, instruments and mortgages at any time executed and/or delivered by any Chapter 11 Guarantor in connection with or related to any of the foregoing, as all of the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced. Guarantor Documents. Shall mean, collectively, (i) the Guarantee, dated on or about the date of the Ratification Agreement, by Guarantor in favor of Agent and Lenders with respect to all Liabilities of Borrower, and (ii) the General Security Agreement, dated on or about the date of the Ratification Agreement, by Guarantor in favor of Agent and Lenders, in each instance, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced. 2
