Guarantor Loan Documents

Guarantor Loan Documents. Collectively, (a) that certain Guaranty dated as of the date hereof from the Subsidiaries in favor of the Secured Party; (b) that certain Guarantor Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Subsidiaries and the Secured Party; and (c) any other document, agreement or instrument evidencing any debt or similar obligations owning by any Guarantor to the Secured Party, in each case as amended from time to time with the written consent of both the Company and Secured Party.

Guarantor Loan Documents. Collectively, (a) the Guaranty; (b) the Security Agreement; and (c) any other document, agreement or instrument evidencing any debt or similar obligations owning by any Guarantor (including, without limitation, the Company) to the Secured Party, in each case as amended from time to time with the written consent of both the Company and Secured Party.

Guarantor Loan Documents. Means this Guaranty and any other guaranties, agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed by Guarantor evidencing, guarantying, securing or otherwise related to the Guarantor Obligations or the Loan, as this Guaranty and such other guaranties, agreements, documents, and instruments may be amended, modified, extended, renewed, or supplemented from time to time.
