Guarantor or Guarantors

Guarantor or Guarantors. Shall mean Bell Micro Canada, Bell Micro Mexico, Mexico Shareholder, and any other guarantor, endorser, acceptor, surety or other -2- Person liable on or with respect to the Obligations or who is the owner of any property which is security for the Obligations, other than Borrowers.
