GUARANTOR SECURITY AMOUNT

GUARANTOR SECURITY AMOUNT. Means (subject to adjustment as described in SECTIONS 3.2.3 and 3.2.4), as of a date, an amount equal to (A) the product of (x) Total Fixed Rent, and (y) six, minus (B) the aggregate amount of Security Deposits held by Landlord under the Leases as of such date, but excluding any interest or other earnings on such Security Deposits.
