Guarantor's Books. All of Guarantor's books and records including without limitation, all ledgers, records indicating, summarizing, or evidencing Guarantor's properties or assets (including, without limitation, the Collateral) or liabilities, all information relating to Guarantor's business operations or financial condition, and all computer programs, disc or tape files, printouts, runs, or other computer prepared information, and the Equipment containing such information.
