Guaranty Agreement

Guaranty Agreement. Means the Guaranty Agreement substantially in the form of EXHIBIT E attached hereto.

Guaranty Agreement. Means the Guaranty, dated on or prior to the Effective Date, executed by the Guarantor, substantially in form and content as set forth on Schedule "1.24" hereto, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Guaranty Agreement. Means that certain agreement of same name between Program Lender and TERI for the Bank of America DTC Program dated _____________.

Guaranty Agreement. Means the Guaranty Agreement between Program Lender and TERI, substantially in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.

Guaranty Agreement. Shall mean that certain Guaranty dated of even date herewith given by Guarantor in favor of Purchaser to secure the payment and performance obligations of Seller under this Agreement and the Confirmation Letter, as set forth therein, as amended by the First Amendment to Guaranty, and as the same may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time.

Guaranty Agreement. As used herein and in the Operative Documents (as defined in the Participation Agreement) shall mean such agreements as hereby amended and modified, and as further amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Guaranty Agreement. Means the guaranty agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among GTN, GTC and ATN, as guarantors, and the Purchaser.

Guaranty Agreement. Means the Conformed Amended and Restated Loan Agreement through the Fifteenth Amendment dated as of March 24, 2005 between Service Asset Investments, Inc. and Guaranty Bank, as may be amended in a manner that is not materially disadvantageous to the Bank.

Guaranty Agreement. Means the Guaranty Agreement dated the date of this Agreement, executed by Guarantors in favor of Investor.

Guaranty Agreement. Has the meaning specified for such term in Recital B hereto.
