Guaranty Amendment No 1
Guaranty Amendment No 1. Shall mean, Amendment No. 1, dated as of April 27, 2000, to the Guaranty dated as of April 30, 1999, made by the Guarantor in favor of the Banks in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations (as such term is defined therein).
