Guaranty Expenses

Guaranty Expenses. 100% of the losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims or other obligations incurred by any Buyer Party (including reasonable out-of-pocket attorneys' fees and costs) associated with enforcing any rights with respect to, or collecting, any or all of any Guaranty Obligations and/or enforcing any rights with respect to, or collecting against, VFN Guarantor under this Guaranty.
