Guidelines

Guidelines. Means the investment guidelines and restrictions set forth on Annex B hereto, the Company's registration statement on Form S-1, and any additional instructions furnished by the Advisor in writing, in each case as amended from time to time by the Advisor or the Company, in its discretion, upon not less than 45 days' prior written notice to the Sub-Advisor. Any changes to the Guidelines will apply only to investments made after the expiration of such 45 day notice period.
