A video game controller/peripheral, that is not a musical instrument, in the shape of an electric guitar that (a) shall be bundled with a guitar strap, (b) operates as a video game controller/peripheral that is compatible for use with the Licensed Software and (c) is based upon the "Stratocaster" designs licensed by Harmonix from Fender.
