Gumps Main Store Assets

Gumps Main Store Assets. Shall mean all of the assets and properties of Gump's and the General Intangibles of Hanover Brands, in each case, that are primarily related to or primarily used in connection with or arise from the retail business and operations of the Gump's Main Store, including, without limitation, all Accounts, Inventory, and other General Intangibles so related, used or sold.
