GWT Know-How. All Information that is Controlled by GWT as of the Effective Date or during the Term and is necessary or useful for the development, manufacture, or commercialization of the Process in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For clarity, GWT Know-How excludes Information claimed in any GWT Patent.
