GWT Patents. Any Patent that (a) is Controlled by GWT or its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time during the Term, and (b) claims a process related to the Process. A list of GWT Patents in existence as of the Effective Date is attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and GWT shall update such list from time to time to include additional GWT Patents, including patents issuing from any listed application or claiming priority thereto or otherwise continuing therefrom.
