HA Agreement

HA Agreement. Means the definitive agreement, entered into concurrently with or subsequent to this Agreement, between Trac Medical, bConnected and Homecare Association regarding the development and marketing of CareCert ES to Members. The parties agree that execution of the HA Agreement is an express condition precedent to bConnected's obligations under this Agreement.
