Hale Street Lease Amendment
Hale Street Lease Amendment. The Fifth Amendment to Lease to be entered into between ND Hale Street, LLC (an affiliate of Buyer), as landlord, and Seller, as tenant, which modifies a certain lease dated May 31, 2007, as amended, relating to certain premises in Lowell, Massachusetts known as and numbered 121 Hale Street, in a form to be mutually agreed to by Seller and Buyer, each acting in their sole and absolute discretion, prior to the expiration of the Contingency Expiration Date.
