Hansen-Luna IP

Hansen-Luna IP. The Hansen-Luna Agreement IP existing as of the Effective Date, together with Hansen's rights in, to and under any FOSSL Technology (together with all Intellectual Property Rights therein or thereunder) invented or authored jointly by Luna and Hansen personnel (including third parties working on either Party's behalf), generated in the performance of any Hansen-Luna agreement executed as of or after the Effective Date.
