Hansen Products. Any Product for which Hansen or its Affiliates has received or is in the process of seeking regulatory approval to market from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) (or any FOSSL Technology-enabled component or subsystem thereof) which has been, is or will be developed by or for Hansen or its Affiliates, or manufactured by or for Hansen or its Affiliates, or sold by or for Hansen or its Affiliates.
