Example Definitions of "Hardware"
Hardware. Shall mean, without limitation, all Microsoft keyboards, mice, joysticks and other Microsoft Products which could not reasonably be categorized as software.
Hardware. Means computer and communications equipment, including data center class servers and peripherals, personal computers and peripherals, data, voice and video infrastructure and any related third party documentation.
Hardware. The commercially available hardware integrated in the ISSANNI 1000 as described in the Specifications.
Hardware. Means any hardware developed by or on behalf of CBMX including, but not limited to, Chip readers and hybridizers, that is necessary to use and read the Chips to conduct an assay, test or other experiment using Chips.
Hardware. Means the hardware listed in Schedule E, attached hereto.
Hardware. Has the meaning assigned to it under the License Agreement.
Hardware. Means any physical portion of a Product originally manufactured by Elastic, including memory circuits and media upon which Software may be delivered, but excluding Software.
