Harmful Code

Harmful Code. Shall mean any Binary Code or Source Code constructed with the ability to damage, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect computer programs, data files, or hardware without the consent or intent of the computer user. This definition includes, but is not limited to, self-replacing and self-propagating programming instructions commonly called "viruses" and "worms."

Harmful Code. Means (i) program code or programming instruction or set of instructions intentionally designed to disrupt, disable, harm, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect computer programs, data files or operations; or (ii) other code typically described as a virus or by similar terms, including Trojan horse, worm or backdoor. "Harmful Code" does not include Disabling Code.

Harmful Code. Shall mean any computer code, programming instruction, or set of instructions (including without limitation, self-replicating and self propagating programming instructions commonly called viruses and worms) that are constructed with the ability to damage, interfere with, or otherwise adversely affect computer programs, data files, or hardware, without the consent or intent of the computer user.

Harmful Code. Means any virus, worm, bomb, Trojan Horse or any undocumented software locks or drop dead devices which would render inaccessible or impair in any way the operation of the Software or Service or any other hardware, software or data which the Software or Service is designed to process or use, or any other hardware, software or data attached to, resident on, or accessible to the system on which the Software is executed or stored.
