Harpoon Assigned Patents. (a) the patent applications listed in Exhibit 1.7 attached hereto; (b) all patent applications that claim priority to any patent application referenced in the foregoing clause (a) that are filed in any jurisdiction;(c) all patents issuing on the patent applications referenced in the foregoing clauses (a) and (b); and (d) all reissues and extensions of any of the patents referenced in the foregoing clause (c).
