Harvard Technology Transfer Materials. The protocols and other materials listed in Exhibit 1.7 hereto, as such Exhibit may be supplemented and updated from time to time by mutual written agreement of the parties. Effective upon each such agreement by the parties, Exhibit 1.7 shall be amended automatically to include any such additional protocols and other materials. Within thirty (30) days after the Original Effective Date, Harvard shall deliver the initial set of Harvard Technology Transfer Materials to Licensee.
