HatchWaxman Act. Means the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act of 1984 (Pub. L. 98-417 (1984)), otherwise known as the Hatch Waxman of 1984, 21 U.S.C. 355, as amended, and any successor federal statute, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, all as the same shall be in effect from time to time.
