Have Made

Have Made. Means the right to purchase a Licensed Product from a third party (E.G., subsidiaries, suppliers and vendors) and/or have a third party make a Licensed Product for the use by and/or sale or transfer by Licensee, said third party operating under the license grant to Licensee for the provision of Licensed Products to Licensee and for no other purpose.
