Hawk Units

Hawk Units. Means the Class A Units of Hawk Parent Holdings LLC in accordance with the Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Hawk Parent Holdings LLC to be adopted immediately after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement.
