Hazardous Activity

Hazardous Activity. Any activity relating to the distribution, generation, handling, importing, management, manufacturing, processing, production, refinement, release (which includes any spilling, leaking, emitting, discharging, depositing, escaping, leaching, dumping or other releasing into the Environment, whether intentionally or unintentionally), storage, transfer, transportation, treatment or use (including any withdrawal or other use of groundwater) of Hazardous Materials
