Example Definitions of "Hazardous Materials Contamination"
Hazardous Materials Contamination. Means the contamination of or impact at (whether presently existing or occurring after the Closing Date (as defined in the Letter of Credit Agreement)) the Facility, by Hazardous Materials, or the contamination of the buildings, facilities, soil, water, air, natural resources, or other elements on, in or about or constituting a part of, the Facility or adjacent properties as a result of Hazardous Materials at any time (whether before or after the Closing Date) emanating from the Facility. Hazardous Materials Contamination. The contamination (whether currently existing or hereafter occurring) of the buildings, improvements, facilities, soil, groundwater, air, or other elements on or of the Property by Hazardous Materials, or the contamination of the buildings, improvements, facilities, soil, groundwater, air, or other elements of any other property as a result of Hazardous Materials at any time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) emanating from the Property whether or not limited to the Property.
