Hazardous Substances

Hazardous Substances. Shall have the meaning assigned to it in (S)7.17 of the Credit Agreement.

Hazardous Substances. Means any substance defined or listed as a hazardous substance, waste or material under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act or any comparable state or other Environmental Law that is applicable and includes petroleum oil and its fractions and petroleum-derived products.

Hazardous Substances. Includes, but is not limited to, any and all substances (whether solid, liquid or gas) defined, listed or otherwise classified as pollutants, hazardous wastes, hazardous substances, hazardous materials, extremely hazardous wastes or words of similar meaning or regulatory effect under any present or future Environmental Laws or that have a negative impact on human health or the environment, including, but not limited to, petroleum and petroleum products, asbestos and asbestos-containing... materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, lead, radon, radioactive materials, flammables and explosives, but excluding substances of kinds and in amounts ordinarily and customarily used or stored in similar properties for the purposes of cleaning or other maintenance or operations and otherwise in compliance with all Environmental Laws. Hazardous Substances. Any pollutant, contaminant, hazardous material, hazardous waste, infectious medical waste, hazardous or toxic substance defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substances. Shall mean oil and petroleum products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, urea formaldehyde and any other materials classified as hazardous or toxic under any Environmental Laws.
