Hazardous Waste

Hazardous Waste. Any hazardous, toxic or radioactive substance, materials or products as defined under any Environmental Laws, including, but not limited to, petroleum products, ammonia, chlorine, derivatives of petroleum products, ammonia or chlorine, pesticides, asbestos and asbestos-containing materials, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
