Head Lease

Head Lease. This MASTER EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT, dated as of December 31, 2002 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this "Head Lease"), is between BRL UNIVERSAL COMPRESSION FUNDING I 2002, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (together with its successors and assigns, "Head Lessor") and UCO COMPRESSION 2002 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, "Head Lessee").

Head Lease.
