Helium VPP. The production payment consisting of limited term overriding royalty interests in helium produced from certain oil and gas properties and mineral estates in the Hugoton Field, Kansas, as set forth in and conveyed pursuant to the Helium VPP PSA and the Helium VPP Conveyance.
