High Risk Supplier

High Risk Supplier. Shall mean a Supplier identified as such by Company in view of the nature of the Supplier's products, the severity of claims made against Supplier's products, the frequency of claims made, past litigation involving the Supplier's products and other factors deemed relevant by Company.
