Example Definitions of "Highbridge NonAffiliate"
Highbridge NonAffiliate. Means any Person other than (i) an Affiliate of any Highbridge Entity or (ii) a Person whose ownership of Warrants or Warrant Shares would be attributed, directly or indirectly, to any Highbridge Entity pursuant to Section 318 of the Code as modified by Section 871(h)(3)(C) of the Code.
