Highest Bonus. Means the greater of (i) the Executive's target bonus in the fiscal year immediately preceding the date in which the Change in Control occurs, or (ii) the Executive's target bonus for the fiscal year in which a Pre-October 2005 Change in Control occurs or the Executive's target bonus for the fiscal year in which the termination occurs in the event of a Post-October 2005 Change in Control.
