HIPatent Basket. Means all Alliance Patents and Schering Patents in the field of the method of use of harmonic imaging intended to be licensed to manufacturers and/or distributors of Competitive Products, which Patents are now or in the future owned or Controlled by Alliance or by Schering, including those as listed on Exhibit "A".
