HOKU MEA Border

HOKU MEA Border. Means any material that is used in a HOKU MEA to provide a reinforcement of the HOKU Membrane around the outer edges of the Electrodes, and all processes used to apply such material to the HOKU MEA, regardless of the date of development or the source of development.
