Holdback Agreement

Holdback Agreement. Shall mean that certain Holdback and Security Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and among MI, the Initial Tenants, HPTMI, HPTMI Hawaii and the New Tenant, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as therein provided.
