Holdback Delivery Date

Holdback Delivery Date. The earlier of (i) the tenth anniversary with respect to each Vesting Date and (ii) the date on which the Restrictive Covenant Expiration Period expires.

Holdback Delivery Date. The second anniversary with respect to each Vesting Date (each such date, a "Scheduled Release Date"); provided, however, that if the Participant terminates Employment prior to any such Scheduled Release Date, then the Holdback Delivery Date applicable to all remaining Retention Units shall be the second anniversary of the date of the Participant's termination of Employment.
