Holdco Licenses

Holdco Licenses. The term "Holdco Licenses" designates and includes both the Holdco Primary Licenses and any other licenses which shall have been granted by the National Association to Holdco or to any subsidiary or affiliate of Holdco and shall be in effect at the time 9 as of which the term shall be applied.
