Holdco Unit

Holdco Unit. Each Class A Common Units of LD Holdings acquired by Grantee pursuant to Section 1(a), and any units or equity securities that Grantee may hereafter acquire on account of such units by way of (i) a unit split, unit dividend, conversion or other recapitalization or (ii) a reorganization or recapitalization of LD Holdings in connection with the incorporation of a corporate successor prior to a Public Offering.
