Holder and Holders
Holder and Holders. Shall mean the Purchaser or the Purchasers, respectively, and any transferee of Registrable Securities, Preferred Shares and/or Warrants which have not been sold to the public to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred in compliance with this Agreement.
