Holder Convertible Notes
Holder Convertible Notes. Means, collectively, all senior secured convertible notes issued on the Closing Date to the Holder by the Company pursuant to the Exchange Agreement, and shall include all senior convertible secured notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof.
