Holder or Holders

Holder or Holders. The holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of the Registrable Securities.

Holder or Holders. Means any Person owning of record the Registrable Securities that have not been sold to the public, or any assignee of record of such Registrable Securities to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been duly and validly transferred in accordance with Section 9(g).
