Holder Yield

Holder Yield. Shall mean with respect to Holder Fundings from time to time the Base Rate (including the Applicable Base Rate Margin) plus the Holder Applicable Margin. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Participation Agreement or any other Operative Agreement, no Holder Funding may be converted to a Eurodollar Holder Funding.
