Holder. The Initial Purchasers, for so long as they own any Registrable Certificates, and each of their successors, assigns and direct and indirect transferees who become registered owners of Registrable Certificates under the Pass Through Trust Agreement; provided that for purposes of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the term "Holder" shall include Participating Broker-Dealers (as defined in Section 4(a))
