Holder

Holder. Shall mean the Purchaser for so long as it owns any Registrable Securities, and such of its respective successors and assigns who acquire Registrable Securities, directly or indirectly, from such persons or from any successor or assign of such persons, in each case for so long as such person owns any Registrable Securities.

Holder. Means the following person to the extent such person has or controls an interest in an Award at the time in question: (a) the Participant; (b) the Participant's guardian or legal representative; (c) a Family Member who is a transferee of an Award from the Participant in a Permitted Transfer, and (d) the authorized legal representative of such person's heirs or legatees after such person's death.

Holder. Shall mean the following persons to the extent such person has or controls an interest in the Option at the time in question: (a) the Optionee; (b) the Optionee's guardian or legal representative; (c) a Family Member who is a transferee of the Option in a Permitted Transfer, as provided in Section 9; and (d) the authorized legal representative of such person's heirs or legatees after such person's death. Holder. Means any Person owning or having the right to acquire Registrable Securities (including any member of the LLC), or any assignee thereof in accordance with Section 11 hereof.

Holder. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture; provided, however that "Holder" shall not include the Obligor or any affiliates or successors thereof in the event the Obligor, or any such affiliate or successor, is a registered or beneficial owner of the Obligations.

Holder. Shall mean CarrAmerica and any stockholder of the Company that becomes a party to this agreement after the date hereof in accordance with the terms herein.

Holder. Has the meaning set forth in the second paragraph of this Agreement.

Holder. The registered holder or holders of this Warrant and any related Warrant Shares.

Holder. Means the original holder of the Registrable Securities.

Holder. Shall mean each Stockholder and any transferee of Registrable Securities who, pursuant to Section 15 below, is entitled to registration rights hereunder. For purposes of Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 only, "Holder" shall be defined to include the Warrantholders listed on Exhibit B.
